We are looking for a dynamic, organised, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Administrator

Are you a master of multitasking with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting a team to reach their full potential? If so, we want you to be part of our growing team!

Joining a collaborative and supportive work environment based in our head office in Cambridgeshire, our Administrators are responsible in assisting with a wide variety of administrative tasks including centre administration, processing learner registrations for VetSkill qualifications and maintaining the learner database.

The ideal candidate must have GCSE grade C or above in English Language and Maths or equivalent, and a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes.

Vacancy for Independent End-Point Assessor: Animal Care and Welfare Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard (South West region)

VetSkill is an Ofqual and CCEA approved awarding organisation, IfATE and ESFA approved End-Point Assessment Organisation, and professional regulatory body. Our mission is to provide qualifications, assessments and regulation that inspire success. VetSkill have a growing portfolio of qualifications and End-Point Assessment for Apprenticeship Standards on offer to organisations and employers, who currently operate predominantly in the veterinary nursing and animal welfare industry.

Are you looking for a flexible work opportunity and a chance to utilise your technical expertise to support the future of the sector?

 We currently have an exciting opportunity for animal care professionals with the following occupational / sector experience to join our team of independent end-point assessors for this Standard: -

  • Demonstrated competency as an assessor

  • Relevant work experience in the Core and in the Option being assessed

  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in the Animal Care and Welfare sector

  • A level 3 qualification in Animal Care or Animal Science and Technology or an equivalent higher qualification in animal care or science.

 Join our team of assessors, visiting apprentices in their workplace and assessing them to check they have the necessary skills for the job.

 This is a flexible role based on a zero hours contract and can be undertaken alongside other work commitments.  In return for your expertise we offer training and guidance and provide ongoing support for you to carry out your role effectively.
